• Using the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Services.
• Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our written permission.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and API keys that you use to access the Services. You agree not to disclose your password or keys to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, AI models, algorithms, and content, are owned by Bohenix Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without explicit permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bohenix Technologies, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
